Background
I was terminated on 7/15/83 from my position at Sperry ( Unisys ) . For the next 3 years I tried to bring a wrongful termination law suit against Sperry. In a desperate effort I filled Federal Civil 484500 myself. With no job and zero resources to pursue the suit against Sperry when I was down to near homelessness I took a chance on a telephone contact in California to obtain a job as an independent contractor ( high priced temp working on a per project basis ). I / we ran into the Reagan Administrations war on independent contractors combined with funding stretch outs and delays caused by Congress left me penniless and living in my car. The Reagan changes to the tax code with respect to "independent contractors" killed the employment category for engineers and technicians.
Now I have time and some money to waste on postage and long distance phone calls in an attempt to initiate a search for my lost / stolen property. Supposedly I had
- (1) Sperry 401k that was invested through Dryfus Corp. New Leaders mutual fund,
- (1) Kehog Plan ( I was "Professional Status") Dryfus Capital Value fund
- (1) Sperry ( Unisys ) Growth and Income fund
The reason I used the term "supposedly" is because in the environment of 1983 Sperry ( Unisys ) plant 4 Building 1 the truth was as nebulous and fleeting glimmer of reality lies and deception were the norm.
The EEOC and the FBI were not interested in the actions of Sperry and it's employees so I am left with a question were my pension investments a hoax ?
This is a constant thought since no body will talk to me about my "supposed pension funds".
My dealings with Sperry ( Unisys ) has taught me one thing when bigots start lying nothing in your environment can be trusted or taken at face value and the people are all suspect as is all they do.
For the past 5 years I have been receiving " mailings " from:
Unisys Benefits Service Center
P O Box 785048
Olando, Fl 32878-5048
These mailings have been reports of the financial status of Sperry ( Unisys ) pension and retirement plans. I sent a letter to the plan director at:
Plan Administrator
Unisys Corp. P. O. Box 500
Blue Bell PA. 19424-4982
I asked for information on all pension / savings held by Sperry ( Unisys ) and contact information for access and redemption. I received copies of the Pension Plans financial statements .
So much for the power of " OWNERSHIP "

Yesterday I talked to a Christina at the Unisys Benefits help desk after talking to her and explaining my situation Christina told me there was a problem with the age that appeared on the account and to clear up the problem I would have to obtain a notarized statement that declared THAT A NOTERY HAD SEEN MY ID AND VERIFIED THE AGE LISTED ON THE DOCUMENT. When I called back today I reached a gentle men who said that the document that I faxed to them was useless. Thisgentlemen wanted a signature verification. Not a verification of age. What is this the endless run around. This is more like Old Sperry ( Unisys ) the people I was dealing with in 1987.
Yesterday Christina seamed almost helpful like she really wanted to help me this new gentleman just wanted me to run around some more. I guess this is a variation of the "good cop bad cop " paradigm. Designed to keep one spinning for weeks in the revolving door of games, I 'll bet these folks sit around and get a good laugh out of running people back and forth in circles going to the notary then they will ask for a certified copy of your birth certificate,,, on and on round and round,, loads of fun. This game may be cut short where as I lost my job so I will be moving and it may be awhile before I have another address. This gentleman stated that this situation could take months to resolve.
